Mike was much more interested in finding a place that was just right for me rather than making a quick sale. For example, during home showings he would be brutally honest about things I may not want or like. He never ever pushed me to settle or make decisions quickly. * To prepare for the sale of my home, Mike de-iced the sidewalk for showings. He called contractors or workers to line up a few repairs. He moved heavy items for me. * It was very apparent that ethics and good business practice are a priority for Mike. This was demonstrated by his attention to correct process and procedure. He was always transparent. * Mike was never in a hurry. He spent a lot of time getting to know me and is a great conversationalist. I enjoy his sense of humor! Austin represented us in our recent Apple Valley home sale, and did a smashing job. This process started with Austin almost 2 years prior, when he sat down with us and listened to our initial thoughts and desires. He was very patient with us, as it took us almost 18 months to get to the point where we said, yes, we will sell our home. We leaned on him for advice all along the way, and he came up with good ideas for maximizing our sales opportunity including which fix up projects to attend to and which ones weren't as important. He communicated everything we needed to know as we went along, and his guidance through the process was really appreciated. His listing tools, especially the on-line photos and virtual tour came in handy when we were hemmed in by the Covid 19 restrictions on open houses, etc. He impressively used the marketing strength and resources of his company on many occasions. He got the word out on our house going to market on a very rapid pace and broad scale - we were floored when we got several offers within the first 24 hours of hitting the market. Austin's negotiating skills with other realtors and prospective buyers were very impressive - he knows this stuff and can read the sale opportunity very well. On the other side of things, we had Austin help us find a new home as well, and his continued patience there was amazing as it took us several months and about 20 showings to figure out that we wanted to build a new home. He has had experience as a new home builder/realtor and that came in very handy when it came down to finding the right home and location. Austin is skilled at multitasking, as we were selling our home and finding our new one all at the same time. He has high energy and worked hard on our behalf.
